Overview.
No experience is such amazing as this 2day trip to the whispers of wonder; Lake Mburo national park; the smallest savannah wilderness in the country. Wrapped in this offer are a classic accommodation facility, comfortable transportation, and a knowledgeable friendly expert driver-guide.
You will engage in a game drive, in search of Big 5 mammals, watching the breathtaking landscape and birds, as well as exploring the vast Lake Mburo, surrounded by plenty of fauna and flora, with luck exposing you to the sought-after shoebill stork. The trip starts and ends at the agreed point, with schedules perfectly followed.

Day 1: Pickup and afternoon boat Cruise.
On this day, our expert driver-guide will gladly link up with you at the agreed point for the trip. Briefing and a glass of coffee come first, before hitting the road on a 3-4 hour scenic drive to the park, via a route marked by flourishing plantations, busying streets, the rare sight of the busy local natives, and the long-horned Ankole cows.
You will arrive at the park during Lunchtime for your meal and then proceed for an amazing Boat cruise at Lake Mburo. For the 2-3 hours of exploring the lake, chances are that you will spot crocodiles, hippos, birds and mammals at the shoreline. Thereafter you will head to your lodge for refreshment, followed by delicious dinner and a peaceful nap.
Day 2: Game drive and departure.
This day starts with a yummy breakfast meal very early in the morning, followed by a rewarding 3-4 hour game drive across the compacted savannah hideouts. Though small, you still have the privilege of encountering several mammals enjoying their peace where they call home.
Some of the common names include; zebras, waterbucks, warthogs, cape Buffaloes, Uganda kobs, and the eye-catching Impalas among others. After the three to four hour adventure, return to the lodge for lunch, before checking out of the lodge for Entebbe international airport for your flight, or to any place you so wish to be dropped on the last day.
