Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park.
Getting you off for a good start of the safari, our expert guide will happily meet and brief you about the four-day adventure, with a glass of juice. If time allows, you will tour Arusha city and its beautiful attractions, before hitting the road to Serengeti national park, enjoying the beautiful views of the landscape and rolling hills to your lodge in or around the park. You will end this day with dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Full day game drive.
Something new each day keeps the minds at play, and eyes in action. With the beautiful landscape, and variety of birds, primates, flora, and fauna, this entire day will be one never to forget. You will look out for the wildebeests, elephants, lions, rhinos, cape buffaloes and several other residents spread across the different regions of the park.
If you are lucky, you can change the annual wildebeest migration; one of the world’s natural wonders. There will be bush breakfast, a picnic lunch and an evening drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: 2nd day in Serengeti National Park – Game drive and Masai village visit.
Today, you will exit the lodge very early in the morning to catch up with the early risers heading to graze and the night hunters returning to their resting territories. The expectation is normally that what never came your way the previous day, appears first especially the rare cats’ namely; lions and leopards, hyenas, cheetahs, and rhinos.
The common residents such as the warthogs, buffaloes, elephants, several antelope species and wildebeests among others will be present and spread across the park. There will be a yummy bush breakfast as you enjoy the beautiful view of the breathtaking landscape and then a drive to the lodge for refreshment and lunch.
Thereafter, 2-3 hours of the evening will be spent watching, dancing and singing with the Maasai people in their community. These are among the few cultures that have managed to stand the modern pressure and preserved their ancestral ways of life, dress code and practice. End this day at the lodge with dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Departure.
As soon as your morning breakfast meal is done, you will check out of the lodge for a drive to Arusha for a flight to the next destination.
